Balázs was born in Kaposvár in 2001. He began his musical studies in his hometown with Gábor Bogáthy. From here he was admitted to the Leó Weiner Secondary School of Music in Budapest, where, as a student of András Kis, he won prizes in many domestic and international competitions.

 

Among his solo performances are two concerts with the Budapest Strings and one with the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. He has recorded as a soloist, chamber and orchestra musician, and has performed on Hungarian Radio several times.
From 2019 he is a student at the Universität der Künste in Berlin in the class of Professor Gábor Tarkövi.

 

Currently, he is a fellow of the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes and has the academician position at the Bayrischer Staatsoper in the 2021/22 season.
